  • Free Entry For Applicants
  • All performances will be judged live during the competitions based on culture, appearance, talent and intelligence aspects. Talent will be judged only during finals.
  • Only winning contestants will get chance to compete for nationals during ATA conference
  • Finals are scheduled during the ATA Conference from July 1st -3rd, 2016 in Chicago
  • ATA membership is not required to participate in the competitions.
  • All the winners who will be participating in the FINALs will be given free entry to conference.  Parents however will have to register for the regular conference prices.
  • July 1stis the cutoff date to determine contestant’s age exactly.Need to send a copy of age proof (for all contests)
  • Decent attire is expected at all times.
  • Applicants must agree to abide by all the rules, as changed from time to time by the Organizers. SyeATAOrganizers or ATA is not responsible for the promises (such as recognition and awards by celebrities) as things might change on the fly and might go beyond our control.
  • The Organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
  • The final round expenses (travel & stay) will have to be borne by the contestant
  • The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given.
  • The Organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the contestant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk and can have no claim against ATA/SyeATA in any regard.
  • Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
  • The decision of the judges is final in all cases.
  • Only the contestant will be allowed near the main stage area.
  • The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the Organizer.
  • The Organizers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
  • In the event of any dispute, the Organizers decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
  • We will have 2 rounds in local selections
  • Appearance round followed by quick introductions. All the contestants should brief their introductions in 1-2 minutes talking about who they are, what they do, passion, strengths etc…anything that judges should know about them.
  • Western wear round followed by Q&A
  • National contest rounds would include appearance, talent and Q&A. But will confirm and communicate to winners after national selections.
