Welcome to the 14th ATA Conference and Youth Convention!

This conference is very special, as ATA is celebrating its Silver Jubilee and is hosting this year’s convention in its birthplace of Chicago, IL. We’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings 25 years ago from a small gathering of two dozen like-minded Telugu people, we are now an organization that is hosting over 12,000 people at this year’s Silver Jubilee!

The theme for this year’s convention is Samatha (Equality), Mamatha (Love), Yuvatha (Youth), Mana Bhavitha (Our Future). These four ideals reflect our beliefs and ambitions to lead our youth towards a brighter future. Our objective is to pass down our traditions to the next generation of Telugu Americans.

Many wonderful programs are planned to entertain, educate and involve everyone with a special focus on music, dance, education, business, spiritual, health, and many more exciting and wonderful activities to meet multitudes of interests. There’s something for everyone! Come, savor and enjoy every moment of it.

So many people are working behind the scenes for months to make this event a reality. Without your support, and hard work of hundreds of volunteers, sponsors, and visionaries, this event would not have been possible. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all your support, dedication and hard work.

I take great pride in inviting you to the 14th ATA Conference and Youth Convention. We hope you come and enjoy, have fun, make new friends, and take some happy memories with you back home.

I look forward to meeting you and your family at the convention.

Best WishesMadhu Bommineni - SecretaryAmerica Telugu Association
