  • Exhibit space, timings, floor plans, banner locations and additional details are available at www.ataconference.org.

  • Each exhibit space will be provided with a booth (10’x10’ in size, 8’ rear draping and 3’ side draping), one 6ft skirted table, two chairs, and one 7”x44” ID sign. Sponsors are responsible for their banners as per the banner specifications (material type, sizes etc.) mentioned in www.ataconference.org

  • Electric outlets are available upon request. Please refer to Exhibitor’s Kit at www.ataconference.org for additional details.

  • Allocation of booths is based on the First Come First Served basis. Booths will be allotted upon receiving full payment only.

  • Each Exhibitor gets 2 Free registrations. (Does not apply to Non-Profitbooths)

  • Amount once paid neither be refunded nor transferred before or after the convention.

  • Convention committee has all rights to modify the floor plan at any time based oncircumstances.

  • ATA, Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Facility Vendors are not responsible for any kind of theft, loss or damage of any goods. No insurance will be provided by ATA or Convention Center. ATA or Convention Center is not responsible for any kind of taxes or permits. Exhibitvendors should comply with City/State/Federal laws, rules and regulations for exhibiting. ATA is not responsible for international taxing.

  • Exhibitors can’t sub-lease their booths. Booth should not be modified in any form and should not obstruct the view of otherbooths.

  • Exhibitors are fully responsible for any kind of damage caused by them to the Convention Center’sproperty.

  • Exhibitors are not allowed to sell/display/handout any products or flyers other than the mentioned categories inthe Registration form.
